Book Reading by Dr. Bharwani

Dr. Bharwani will be giving a reading from his book “A Doctor’s Journey” from noon - 1 p.m. in the southwest lounge of the library. This event will be of particular interest to students and faculty in the Division of Health Studies. Everyone is welcome to bring their lunch to the library (for this event only).
MHC Career Fair

10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Spread the word! MHC is hosting its annual Career Fair on October 26. This event is open to community residents as well as college students.
Pumpkin Carving Contest
October 27-29
Get in the Halloween Spirit by carving a pumpkin with your co-workers! Pumpkins will be delivered to various departments on campus on October 27 and will need to be returned to Career Services by the end of the day on October 28. Students will have an opportunity to pick their favourites and final judging will take place on Friday, October 29.
Not-for-Sale Event
November 8-9
The Campus Life Committee is organizing a not-for-sale event and needs your help! College employees are asked to donate items that they no longer want that may be of use to students. Items will be displayed in the B Wing hallway November 8-9 and students will be invited to take what they need, free of charge. If you have items you are willing to donate, please drop them off at Career Services by November 5.
