What is Friday Sandbox? Educational Technology Services (ETS) supports faculty and staff in the use of technology for teaching and learning at MHC. The ETS department has started the Friday Sandbox, which is a drop-in computer lab open regularly scheduled Fridays where faculty and staff can receive on-demand support for numerous technologies and software.
ETS is pleased to invite all faculty and staff to the Grand Opening of the Friday Sandbox to see what you can look forward to “playing” with at the drop-in computer lab. Also, look for future training sessions advertised in On Campus.

Several times throughout the year ITS will host an information sharing session where we will present a topic relating to ITS work at the college, to be followed by a discussion, question and answer period. The first of these sessions is scheduled for Thursday February 11, 2010, noon until 1:00 pm in B 242
The Topic: The MHC Technology Plan 2008-2011
The MHC Technology Plan presents a series of projects to improve and support the college’s computer related technology infrastructure and services. This session will review the plan, noting progress to date, and looking ahead to future plans.
All MHC employees are welcome to attend, no R.S.V.P. required.
