Spring Job Fair

The Spring Job Fair is geared for those looking for work of any kind, whether it be a full-time permanent career position, part-time work, summer employment or anything in between. With over 30 employers expected in attendance, this will be the last major recruitment event of this academic year. Help us to make it a success by encouraging our students to attend and possibly secure a job opportunity.



The Art of Beladi

You may know and love her from noon-hour fitness classes, so why not check out Tina Lynnette Baird's  belly dance class? The Art of Bedali is the class where it all begins! Get a feel for the ancient world of the belly dancer. Explore lifestyle, nutrition, wellness, and self-esteem as you learn new techniques for the first time or perfect basic movements you already know. Belly dance is not about performing... it is about your inner world and creating a movement experience that enhances the best of who you are. Register with Continuing Studies before March 1. The cost is $99.



Brooks Campus Programming Launch

MHC is hosting a launch event to introduce the new My First Year program to the Brooks community. The event will also preview other programming options that will be available at Brooks in the coming months.

Management Seminars for Supervisory Personnel
Wednesdays, March 7 to April 4
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sapper Stephan Stock Memorial Walk for Valour Place
Saturday, May 12
Gas City Campground    10 a.m.

The proceeds from this memorial walk for MHC alumnus Sapper Stephen Stock will benefit Valour Place. Valour Place, the first facility of its kind in Canada, will provide a home for injured soldiers, veterans, RCMP and their families when in Edmonton for medical treatment and rehabilitation.

Planned Power Shutdown - College Closed
Saturday, July 7 and Sunday, July 8 (if required)

Please note that the Electrical Service will be shut off for annual maintenance from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

There will be interruption to phone, voicemail and IT Services during this period. All buildings will be closed and there will be NO access for staff, students or the general public.
