  Ross Crosschild, Marquis staff member, cleans the G wing, including the newly renovated ladies public washroom in the lower G wing. This is difficult at times for Ross while accommodating the ladies' volleyball schedule into his routine.
  
  All 12 of the ladies' volleyball team presented Ross with a team-signed Rattlers t-shirt for his dedication and service and how much they appreciate how well he cleans their space. Ross said it actually brought tears to his eyes and appreciated this gesture from these amazing young ladies.
  
  Marquise staff are excited for Ross; they are proud of how well he interacts with everyone and his pride in doing a job well done. He is also being presented with a certificate of achievement from Marquise.
