A Night in Brooks - Vegas Style

Students of the Office Technology Association at Brooks Campus are hosting an event this weekend to raise money for their association and Ashton’s Place. There will be a casino, silent auction, bar and midnight lunch. A trip to Las Vegas will also be auctioned.

Tickets are available at Brooks Campus, Heritage Inn, Ashton's Place or at the door:

  • $55/ticket at the door

PTK Induction Ceremony

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Medicine Hat College’s involvement with PTK, and we are pleased to announce that we have had a record number of students who were invited and accepted into membership into Alpha Tau Delta. We encourage faculty to join us in honouring these students as we commemorate this occasion



A Classical Piano Concert

The Fifth Avenue Memorial United Church and Medicine Hat Symphonic Society, together with the Academy Program of the MHC Conservatory of Music and Dance, invite you to an afternoon of classical piano featuring performances by the students of Shauna Kohls Walters:

Lyndsay Bender, Sophie Filion, Kiah Hirsch, Ashleigh Krall, Mara Steiner, Katie Van Der Sloot, and Julia Wilkinghoff

A freewill offering will be taken in support of stained glass window restoration.



International Women’s Day

The Human Rights Committee at MHC is celebrating the 100th Anniversary of International Women’s Day.
There will be a Cookie Sale (with a twist) and march starting from Centennial Hall. Create a banner (Women's Day theme is Strong Leadership. Strong Women. Strong World: Equality) and join us in recognizing International Women’s Day!

Annual Power Shutdown
June 25-26

Please note there will be a planned power outage for preventative maintenance on:

  • Saturday, June 25 2011 6:00am to 10:00pm
  • Sunday, June 26 2011 6:00am to 10:00pm
This power outage will affect the entire Medicine Hat campus site including all buildings and all IT systems (Golfview Residence is excluded). All buildings will be closed and there will be no access for staff or public.
