GOOD FOOD BOX CLUB The Good Food Box is part of the Community Food Connections Association and is under the direction of Community Health Services. It is a club for purchasing fruits and vegetables at discount prices through the power of group buying. Buying local whenever possible, and relying on volunteers to help with many aspects of the club, keeps overhead costs low.
The Good Food Box contains a variety of nutritious vegetables and fruits each month. The produce changes from month to month and season to season to ensure member satisfaction and to get as much food as possible for the value of each box.
There are two (2) types of memberships available:
- Volunteer $10.00/year (Jan – Dec) Volunteers are asked to contribute 8 hours/year of service
- Non-Volunteer $30/year (Jan – Dec) From June – December membership fees are half price.
Volunteers might be needed to help pack, re-pack and wash boxes, write receipts, check grocery prices or deliver boxes each month.
The cost is $10 for a small box, $15 for a medium box and $20 for a large box. Payment is due before the last Tuesday of each month and delivery is on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Crescent Heights High School (CHHS) will be performing their rendition of "All Shook Up". The dates are as follows: FEBRUARY 3\4\5\6\7 & 10\11\12\13. at 7pm. There is also an afternoon matinee on the 7th at 2pm. Doors open half hour before the performance and all seating is assigned. As the name implies, this is a musical based on hit songs from the "King" ...Elvis. This annual Musical Production will take place in the school theater. The show is performed by students in grades 7-12. The cost is $20 plus online service fee.

"All Shook Up" is a huge main stage show featuring a very large cast. It’s 1955, where one girl's dream and a surprise visit from a mysterious guitar-playing roustabout help a small town to discover the magic of romance and the power of rock & roll. Among the 24 songs featured in the score are classics like "Jailhouse Rock," "Heartbreak Hotel," "Love Me Tender," "Don't Be Cruel," "Can't Help Falling in Love," “C'mon Everybody,” “Blue Suede Shoes” and “All Shook Up”.
Tickets can be purchased at the school during school hours from the bookkeepers office or online at www.chhsweb.ca (online purchases can be made 24/7). There is no difference in cost between in person or online purchase.
