Can you keep a secret for a day? We’d like to let MHC staff and faculty in on the homecoming headliner band. The public will all know in the morning, but until then – please, keep the secret and don’t Facebook or Tweet this. We’d hate to take the shine off of tomorrow’s big moment.
On September 15 we’ll welcome local favourite, The Straight Jackets, who will kick off the free musical entertainment in the evening, followed by up-and-comer Shawn Hook. His single “Every Red Light” spent 10 weeks on the Canadian top 100 chart this winter, and he has recently released his debut album, “Cosmonaut and the Girl.” This year’s headliner is Faber Drive (“You and I Tonight”). The Juno-nominated group is known for their pop-rock style and will be releasing their third album this summer.
This is part of the Homecoming 2012 weekend where we’ll have all sorts of fun activities for staff, students, and the entire Medicine Hat community. Keep an eye on our website, Facebook page and Twitter for more details.

 | Joe Grove, Trades Joe, Connie and their two children are off to Loon Lake, Washington this summer to spend time with family. They will also travel to Costa Rica next month for a destination wedding where their daughter will be a flower girl in the bridal party. |

The following summer hours will be in effect from July 3 - September 4:
Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed Weekends
Audio Visual hours are 8:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. and will be in effect until August 24.
Bookstore Summer Hours (July-August)
Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Closed Weekends
Regular fall hours resume after College Day (August 22) Please note, The Bookstore will be closed on College Day, August 22.

Summer Camps Need Your Recyclables
With all of the fun crafts about to happen in the college's summer camp programs, coordinators are looking for recyclable item donations. If you have any of the following items, please take them to Hannah Rud in room S108 or drop them off at Continuing Studies. Thank you!

- Clear plastic containers with lids (peanut butter, mayonnaise, or similar)
