To celebrate Stress Awareness Week, students received free goodies courtesy of the Students' Association... but it involved a little work to retrieve. The Cookie Monster pinata had different 'worries' hanging off of it, including money, school work, family and homesickness. Students took a turn releasing stress by whacking the pinata.

The pinata was just one of many Stress Awareness Week activities, including Qui Quong demonstrations, mini stress reliever neck and shoulder massages and comedy routines playing during lunch in the cafeteria.
